A.) When you learn a new technique, really apply it! Don't try it a few times and quit. No, rather do it until it works. Make sure you learned it from someone who used it and had good results with it first though. Once you see that it's helped enough people, then you know you've got a winner. Believe that you can get better which sadly a lot of people won't get to this level and they will always suffer because of their stubbornness. Instead, be a positive minded person and this will set a good foundation in your mind to get better. Then do the work that it takes. Refuse to do rituals, focus on what you love, write down the things that you love if your mind is hard to refocus. I know you can do it!

Q .) Do you seriously have something that is good for OCD sufferers?
A.) I had OCD, now I am cured. If that's not good, I don't know what is! A lot of people buy all these OCD products and never use them, they are looking for a magic bullet. There are no magic pills, books, tapes that once you listen to will heal you. The best program in the world can't help you if you don't implement it. However, If you truly implement what's in my program like I have, you can't help but be OCD free. Don't buy any product unless you first believe that you can be OCD free. How can you do something you don't believe is possible?

Q.) How do I alleviate repetitive negative thoughts?
A.) Start by listing the things that you are most thankful for. Smiling has also been proven to release chemicals in the brain that makes you happier. Also, looking for the good in situations will help a lot. If you want to be a positive person, you have think positively, Sometimes we need to act the way we want to feel, for example, when you're sad...if you want to be happy act as though you are happy then you will become happy. You must act before you feel. From the words of Professor William James of Harvard, "Action seems to follow feeling, but really action and feeling go together; and by regulating the action, which is under the more direct control of the will, we can indirectly regulate the feeling, which is not."

Q.) what happens when the medicine stops working?
A.) The first thing I would do is tell my doctor. They may need to increase the dosage. I would also try facing my OCD by trying not to perform rituals. By going against your desire to perform a ritual, you will not only strengthen your mind, but you will also gain self control.

Question below
Q.) I have never met someone, who, like me, had a religious compulsion to save every soul they came across. Who felt God calling them to witness at all times of the day, even before dressing or eating breakfast until late at night and into the night.
A.) There is a time to eat, a time to sleep, a time to wake, a time to be alone, a time to be with people, a time to witness and a time to pray. Jesus went off in the wilderness for 40 days and 40 nights without witnessing to one person and he started His ministry in His thirties and this is the Son of God! It is not God's will for you to witness 24/7. Talk to a good pastor so they can give you scriptures to back this up if you feel you need that.

Q.) how do i stop
A.) Here's a really great trick I got from Susan Jeffers; When you have a nagging thought, say to yourself, "Stop!" This goes in line with taking control of your thoughts instead of letting them control you.

Q.) how to cope with ocd thoughts ?
A.) Right when you have ocd thoughts, don't let them be your focus. You can't choose what thoughts come to your mind, but you can choose what you focus on. When you have the OCD thoughts, don't fight them, just think about what you love and the things that you have to do. I would recommend using a piece of NLP. When you have an OCD thought, say something out loud that makes you laugh. You can write down a list of things that make you laugh, for me, I say, thank God my feet don't stink today! I got this from Anthony Robbins and it definitely helped!
