Q.) How to stop thinking about the ocd problem and concentrate on my work and other activities?

A.) Write down what is bothering you and put it in your pocket, tell yourself that you will get to it right after you are done work or your activity. You will deal with it then. You can choose when you deal with it! After all, you created the whole thing, so when it comes to OCD, you make the rules!
