Q.) What can I do to stop hair pulling?

A.) When you feel like pulling your hair, chew gun instead. Replace it with something else, you can touch your pointer finger and thumb together instead. If it gets tough, press hard. Clasp your hands together if it gets really tough and look in the mirror and say, I want to be beautiful, God gave me this hair and I would be hurting the temple of God if I hurt myself by pulling it out. Thank God for your hair and promise Him that you will not pull it out, but you will take care of it from now on.
