Q.) How can I make it go away?

A.) Here's a visualization you can try that has worked wonders for me. Find somewhere comfortable to relax and think about all the things that stress you.

Visualize all those things and picture that they all file themselves into a file folder all organized. As they organize themselves, the stress tag falls off of them, because they are in order.

The stress tags fall into a machine that says "converter" on it. At the other end, tags come out, these tags say calm on them. Then you see those calm tags float up and attach themselves to the folders.

Now those folders are labeled as calm. So when you access these folders in your mind, when your brain tries to figure out how to react to them, it will see calm written on the tags and act that way.

This is an example of mental exercises and visualizations that you can do to ground yourself and be relaxed and calm.
