Q.) How do I move through anxiety when it happens and is so strong in the moment?

A.) Realizing that anxiety is just sensations and not an actual physical problem is half the battle. Let the anxiety wash over, watch how it can't hurt you. Notice how it is like watching a really scary movie where the killer is running after the girl but she doesn't really die, it's just special effects. Once you know that the movie playing your head is just a movie and that anxiety is just a movie you wrote and created, you realize that you have control over it.
