Q.) How do I know what worries are valid and which are OCD related?

A.) When you perform rituals in response to your thoughts, that's when they are OCD. All worries are valid and you need to address them individually to know what you are afraid of. Then face that fear. Face only one fear at a time as to not overwhelm yourself. As this will diminish your results.
