A.)It really can. Faith in the fact that it can be cured is first and foremost the most important prerequisite to becoming OCD free. If you don't think you can get rid of OCD, how can you? Even doctors who are not spiritual have admitted to the fact that their patients who prayed, had a better prognosis and healed faster!
