Q.) How to find peace?

A.) If you are not at peace, it's your body's way of telling you that you are doing something wrong. You could be at the wrong job, be in the wrong relationship, live in the wrong place, taking the wrong major in school, etc. You want to make sure that your inner desires match your outward actions. If you want to be OCD free, you have to behave like if you don't have OCD. The thoughts and the actions have to match.
