Question below

Q.) I have any kind of negative thoughts of death or sickness and to overcome that i follow a repetative action of praying everytime or touching the bible which makes me feel better temporarly. or i keep on spitting to remove the ill feeling i am having after the fearfull thought.

A.) Next time you feel like touching the Bible or praying as a ritual, just don't. Feel the fear and do it anyway. See if something bad happens. Test your fear, don't just take it's word for it! See if it's valid!

I guarantee that you'll love the freedom from having to touch the Bible, pray or spit whenever you have a fear. Instead stand up to the bully in your mind and if you do this enough, it will go away, just like the bully at school.

If you keep standing up to the bully, they will go pick on someone who is easier and won't put up such a fight. In this universe, things always choose the path of least resistance.
